It is quite unfortunate that we are announcing the sudden demise of Coy Gibbs, the only surviving son of  Joe Jackson Gibbs – an American auto racing team owner and former professional football coach.

Coy was said to have passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022, aged 49. He was an American NASCAR driver, an assistant coach with the Washington Redskins, and co-owner of Joe Gibbs Racing. He is the brother of  J. D. Gibbs – an American professional stock car racing driver and co-owner of Joe Gibbs Racing. He passed away in 2019  battling “conditions related to brain function”.

As far as the media is concerned, Coy was not battling any form of illness or disease at the time of his death. However, he was said to have passed away in his sleep. The actual cause of his death has not been disclosed yet.
