American actress Constance Elaine Britton was born on March 6, 1967. In the independent comedy-drama The Brothers McMullen, Britton made her feature film debut.
The following year, she was chosen to play Nikki Faber on the ABC sitcom Spin City. Later, she acted in the brief comedy The Fighting Fitzgeralds (2001) and Lost at Home (2003). She has made appearances in a number of movies, including The Last Winter (2004) and the thriller Friday Night Lights (2004).

She relocated to Lynchburg, Virginia when she was seven years old, where she attended E. C. Glass High School and appeared in plays in the E. C. Glass High School Theater.
