Conan Gray grew up in Georgetown, Texas after being born on December 5, 1998, in Lemon Grove, California.
As a young child, he started posting original music, covers, and vlogs to YouTube. Gray signed a record deal with Republic Records in 2018, and his debut EP, Sunset Season, was released as a result.
