Where did George Santos go to college and high school?

George Anthony Devolder Santos, who has variously used the aliases Anthony Zabrovsky and Anthony Devolder, is an American politician from New York State.

Santos was born to Fatima Aziza Caruso Horta Devolder, who died on December 23, 2016, and Guercino Antonio dos Santos Jr., both of whom were born in Brazil. Through his parents, Santos has claimed to have dual citizenship in the United States and Brazil.

Santos has said that he “was born and raised in abject poverty”. A Catholic priest at Saint Rita’s Catholic Church in Queens reported that Santos had told him the family could not afford a funeral when Santos’s mother died in 2016.

The priest recalled that a collection at a memorial Mass raised a “significant” amount for the family, which he gave to Santos. Santos claimed in 2019 and 2020 to have attended the Horace Mann School, an elite preparatory school, before withdrawing because of family hardship. The school reports it has no record of Santos.
