American actress Karimah Westbrook (born October 6, 1978) is best known for her role as Grace James in the drama series All American on The CW.
Westbrook was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Before beginning her career in theater and film, she attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She made her acting debut on television in an episode of the CBS medical drama City of Angels in 2000.
Later, she was selected to play the lead role in the teen dance drama film Save the Last Dance. Later, she co-starred in the biographical drama film Baadassss! With Mario Van Peebles. In addition, Westbrook served as a guest star in a variety of TV shows, such as Girlfriends, Mad Men, and Shameless.
