Angel Rosario Jr. was born in Chicago, IL USA. Angel grew up in the Logan Square and Humboldt Park neighborhoods in the city of Chicago. He is a graduate of the Roberto Clemente Community Academy, class of 2009. He was born to Puerto Rican parents Mirta Rosario (née Pola) and Angel Rosario Sr.

Angel appeared in the music video for Chance the Rapper’s “Hot Shower” in the role of the Devil, and recently, he wrote and starred in the short film “Clown Shoes”, and starred in The Hangman in Paramount’s “Run & Gun.” He is also featured in “Black Adam”, and in season 1 of MacGruber. He most recently starred as “Jorge Padilla” in Law and Order: SVU’s 23rd season, and recurring in season 4 of FX’s Mayans.
