Charles Parnell is 47 years old was born on March 18, 1975, and is widely received as an American actor best known for being the second actor to portray Police Chief Derek Frye on All My Children, for playing the role of Master Chief Russ Jeter on the TNT show The Last Ship and Solomon “Warlock” Bates in Top Gun: Maverick.
