Where did David Fielding go to high school?
For Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season 1, Zordon’s voice and appearance were given by American actor David John Fielding. Fielding’s appearance was utilized for the entire run of the show, even though Bob Manahan provided the character’s voice in later seasons.
Fielding also provided the voice and appearance for Zoltar, Zordon’s forerunner, in the “Day of the Dumpster” pilot episode, which was subsequently broadcast in “The Lost Episode.”
Fielding’s performance was preserved on old tapes for the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Sega CD). Later, he reprised his role as Zordon in Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid.
