Tyler Allgeier is an American football running back for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL).
He played college football at BYU. Allgeier was selected in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft with the 151st overall pick by the Atlanta Falcons.
He made his NFL debut in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Allgeier moved back to running back in 2020 and played in all 11 games with eight starts. He finished the year with 1,130 rushing yards on 150 carries with 13 touchdowns.
He returned as BYU’s starting running back in 2021.

He committed to Brigham Young University (BYU) to play college football.
In his first year at BYU in 2018, Allgeier played in four games and had nine carries for 49 yards. In 2019 he moved from running back to linebacker.
