Frank Ragnow, an American football centre with the National Football League’s Detroit Lions, was born on May 17, 1996.
The Lions selected him in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft after he played college football for Arkansas.

In Chanhassen, Minnesota, Ragnow attended Chanhassen High School. As a senior, he was ranked as Minnesota’s No. 3 prospect and the nation’s 24th-best offensive lineman. He received a four-star rating from ESPN.
Ragnow received offers from universities like Wisconsin, Vanderbilt, Minnesota, Ohio State, and Florida State before deciding to play for the University of Arkansas.
He competed for the track and field team and placed second in the Class AA State Finals with a shot put throw of 57 feet, 614 inches.
