Where did Jerry Jacobs go to high school?

Jerry Jacobs, a cornerback with the Detroit Lions of the National Football League, was born on September 26, 1997. At both Arkansas State and Arkansas, he played collegiate football.

Jacobs signed a non-drafted free-agent contract with the Detroit Lions on May 1, 2021. He was added to the Lions’ 53-man roster, and in Week 5, he started for the first time in his career. Prior to tearing his ACL in Week 14, he started the following nine games. Injured Reserve status was given to him on December 13, 2021.

Jacobs attended South Cobb High. Jacobs started out in college at Arkansas State. He made 31 tackles, four interceptions, and eight pass breakups in 13 games during the 2018 season.Jacobs received a second-team All-Sun Belt Conference honor after the season.

Jacobs made four starts in the 2019 season and recorded 21 tackles, two pass breakups, and one season-ending ACL tear. After the season, he changed schools and went to Arkansas. On October 26, 2020, Jacobs decided not to play in the season’s final six games and announced his intent to enter the 2021 NFL Draft.
