On May 3, 2021, Parker signed a non-drafted free-agent contract with the Detroit Lions. From training camp, he was added to the 53-man roster of the Lions. On November 24, 2021, he was put on injured reserve. He became operational on December 18.
Parker was released by the Lions on August 30, 2022, and the following day he was added to the practice squad. On October 8, 2022, he received a promotion to the active roster.
