During his final three collegiate seasons, Vildor made starts. In his junior year, he led the team with 11 pass disinterceptions, had 42 tackles, 4.5 tackles for a loss, and was voted first-team All-Sun Belt Conference. As a senior, Vildor recorded 27 tackles, two interceptions, and six passes broken up en route to being selected first-team All-Sun Belt for a second consecutive season and a Pro Football Focus All-American.
