Edward Ingram is an American football guard for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at LSU. Ingram was re-instated to the team from his extended ban following the dismissal of the charges in September 2019.
In the run game, he has excellent play strength and power to hit, lift, and drive defenders off the ball. He also has the rotational force to torque and uproot opponents laterally to open up pathways off his backside on angle-drive blocks. Ingram is a skilled puller as well.

Ingram attended DeSoto High School in DeSoto, Texas, and played guard for the LSU Tigers. Ingram was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings with the 59th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
In August 2018, Ingram was arrested on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a minor, stemming from events that occurred in 2015. After the charges were dismissed in September 2019, Ingram was reinstated to the team from his indefinite suspension.
