Where did Marquise Brown go to high school?
Brown was born in Hollywood, Florida, on June 4, 1997. Even though they were on different teams, they played Pop Warner football in the same Florida league as Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. Brown raced track when a student at South Broward High School in Hollywood.
At the 4A District 13 regional championship track competition of the Florida High Schools Athletic Association, Brown raced the 100 meters in 11.53 seconds while a student was in the eleventh grade.
He moved on to Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School, where he ran track in addition to playing football. At the Florida High Schools Athletic Association’s 2A District 15 regional championship track meet, he improved his 100-meter time to 10.90 seconds and recorded a personal-best time of 21.94 seconds in the 200 meters.
