Where did Brevin Jordan go to high school?
Jordan studied at Summerlin, Nevada’s Bishop Gorman High School. He accumulated nearly 1,700 yards, 100 receptions, and 29 touchdowns overall during his high school career. He made a commitment to play college football at the University of Miami.
Jordan started 11 of the 12 games he participated in as a true freshman in 2018, recording 32 receptions for 287 yards and four touchdowns. His three-year tenure at Miami ended with 105 receptions, 1,358 receiving yards, and 13 touchdown grabs in 26 games. He was back as the starter in 2019 and 2020.
The Houston Texans selected Jordan 147th overall in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Jordan’s contract with the Texans was formally signed on May 12, 2021.
His father, Darrell, was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the ninth round of the 1990 NFL Draft after playing college football for the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks.
He would, however, suffer a rotator cuff injury in the preseason and would never play in an NFL game.
