On May 5, 2017, Tupou agreed to terms with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent. On September 2, 2017, he was released, and the following day, he was added to the practice squad. On November 11th, 2017, he received a promotion to the active roster.
On November 22, 2017, he was released by the Bengals, and the following day, he was added to the practice squad. On December 6, 2017, he was promoted back to the active roster.
On May 1, 2020, Tupou re-signed with the Bengals. Tupou declared on August 3, 2020, that the COVID-19 pandemic had caused him to withdraw from the 2020 season.
