In his first season at Oklahoma State, Wallace appeared in 13 games and hauled in seven receptions for 118 yards. In 2018, he was promoted to starter.
Wallace went to South Hills High School in Fort Worth, Texas. He collected 182 receptions for 3,760 yards and 48 touchdowns during his career.
Along with his twin brother Tracin, he pledged to play college football at Oklahoma State University.
The Baltimore Ravens selected Wallace 131st overall in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. On May 14, 2021, he agreed to a four-year rookie contract.
Wallace spent the majority of the 2021 season on special teams, but he did make one start, recording a reception for 18 yards in a 21-41 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 16 of that year.
