Trevor John Siemian was born on December 26, 1991, in Danbury, Connecticut, to Walter and Colleen Siemian.

Siemian attended Olympia High School in Orlando, Florida.  During his three seasons as a quarterback for the Titans, he threw for a career-high 6,144 yards and 53 touchdowns, an Orange County record.

After watching him play college football for Northwestern, the Denver Broncos selected him in the seventh round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Siemian was a part of the 2015 Broncos team that won Super Bowl 50.

He has also played for the New Orleans Saints, Minnesota Vikings, Tennessee Titans, and New York Jets.

Siemian majored in communication studies at Northwestern University and received Academic All-Big Ten recognition in 2013 and 2014. During his first year of college in 2010, he redshirted.

In 2011, Siemian was Dan Persa’s backup quarterback. The first game was against Eastern Illinois, and there were eight total.

He completed 16 of his 26 throws for 256 yards and three touchdowns overall for the season.
