As Ellie Satler’s assistant in the 2001 motion picture Jurassic Park III, Park played a minor role. She was hired to play Hoshi Sato in the sixth season of the Star Trek franchise, Star Trek: Enterprise, which debuted in September 2001, less than a year after she received her degree.
