At the age of 95, actress Joan Hotchkis has suddenly passed away. The actress, who was best recognized for her work in The Odd Couple and Legacy, passed away on September 27 in Los Angeles.

Her daughter verified that the veteran actress, author, screenwriter, and playwright passed away from congestive heart failure. The nonagenarian was survived by her only daughter, Paula.
She earned the lead part of Lizzie in The Rainmaker at Hollywood’s Players Ring theater, which launched her acting career.
When she came back to New York shortly after, she joined The Actors Studio. There, she met director Bob Foster and landed several TV commercials and guest roles. They have a daughter named Paula after over six decades of a blissful union.
