Jadeveon Davarus Clowney well-known as Jadeveon Clowney is a 29 years old American football defensive end for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He played college football at South Carolina, where he twice earned first-team All-American honors, and was selected first overall by the Houston Texans in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Jadeveon was born to his parents David Morgan his father and Josenna Clowney his mother on February 14, 1993, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States.
Jadeveon’s mother Josenna has been a processing technician at the Frito-Lay plant in Charlotte, North Carolina, since 1994. His father, David was released from prison in 2006 after serving nearly 12 years for robbing a Rock Hill check-cashing business in 1995.
With his father incarcerated for much of his childhood, Clowney was raised by his mother and his maternal grandparents, John and Josephine Clowney, as well as his mother’s longtime boyfriend, Christopher Jones. His cousin, Demon Clowney, currently plays linebacker for the Ole Miss Rebels.
On April 14, 2021, Jadeveon signed a one-year contract with the Cleveland Browns. He had a productive first season in Cleveland, appearing in 14 games, posting 37 tackles, 9 sacks (his most since 2018), and 2 forced fumbles, while being named a 2022 Pro Bowl alternate.
On May 22, 2022, Jadeveon re-signed with the Browns on a one-year deal worth up to $11 million.
